Requirements
Previous experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong team-oriented mindset are essential. Ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail are required. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is necessary. Experience using POS systems is an advantage. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.Take customer orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, kitchen, and work areas at all times.Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.Restock supplies, condiments, packaging materials, and inventory as required.Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend menu items and promote upselling opportunities.Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.Support both dine-in, takeaway, and drive-thru operations while maintaining speed, accuracy, and service quality.Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Experience using POS systems is an advantage.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
