Requirements
Experience in managing maintenance teams, preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, and hotel facilities is highly preferred. The candidate should also have strong troubleshooting, leadership, and emergency-handling skills, with a commitment to safety, quality, and uninterrupted hotel operations.
Description
The candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering, with proven experience in maintenance management and operations within the hospitality industry. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in hotel maintenance.
