Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Contracts Management, with preferred certifications. They should have 4-6 years of experience in contract management, cost control, and quantity surveying, with strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract law, and procurement practices. Proficiency in Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud and MS Office is required, along with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contractor/vendor management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
