As a Full Stack Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while mentoring and guiding junior team members. This role requires a strong technical background in both frontend and backend development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving technical excellence.Key responsibilities include overseeing full stack software development, ensuring best practices in code quality and architecture, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on project objectives, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.Required Skills & Technologies- React 18 + TypeScript — hooks, context, component composition, performance optimization- Data visualization — Recharts, D3.js, or Chart.js; knows when to use which- Tailwind CSS or equivalent — responsive layout, mobile-first design- Figma-to-code — takes a polished Figma design and faithfully implements it without a designer in the loop- MSAL.js — Azure AD authentication in SPAs- REST API integration — fetch/axios, error handling, loading states, optimistic updates- State management — React Query or Zustand- GitHub Actions — frontend CI/CD pipeline- Mobile responsiveness — CSS Grid/Flexbox, viewport testing across devices- Vitest / React Testing Library- WebSocket or SSE for real-time data feeds
