Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics)1 To 3 Years of experience in the same position in the relevant fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Familiarity with ERP is a plusExcellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
Description
·        Program Development & Machine Optimization1.      Create, modify, and optimize SMT placement programs for machines such as Pick-and-Place (P&P), Screen Printers, SPI, and AOI.2.      Configure and fine-tune machine settings to improve component placement accuracy, throughput, and overall manufacturing efficiency.·        Component & Equipment Management1.      Develop and maintain component libraries for accurate identification and placement.2.      Troubleshoot and resolve programming, equipment, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.3.      Support equipment upgrades and ensure proper calibration and maintenance coordination.·        Production Execution & Process Control1.      Implement and monitor the production plan, ensuring adherence to SMT processes and product specifications.2.      Analyze defective materials and production data to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.3.      Monitor KPIs such as throughput, yield, and downtime, taking proactive measures to optimize performance.·        Collaboration & Reporting1.      Work closely with engineering, design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and compliance with regulatory requirements.2.      Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, issues, and progress to management.·        Training & Development1.      Assist in training and developing production staff on equipment usage, process adherence, and best practices.2.      Promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.·        Projects & New Product Introduction (NPI)1.      Manage and support projects related to process improvements, new technologies, and NPI.2.      Create clear work instructions and documentation to support new products and process changes.Ensure effective resource allocation (materials, labor, and equipment) to meet production goals.
