Requirements
Requires a B.S. degree or equivalent with 5 years of broad semiconductor wafer fabrication experience. Candidates should have technical depth in etch, deposition, photolithography or similar tools, along with knowledge of wafer fab metrology. Strong communication, initiative, and leadership are required. Experience with process development, sustaining, new process introduction, and ramping to volume, plus supporting a 24x7 fab operations team and training/fab procedure writing, is needed.
