Yas School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing educational psychologist to join our team in August 2026 or sooner.

At Yas School, we deliver the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum and have a special focus on inclusive education, enrichment, and preparing future-ready learners. Founded in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school educating 1750+ girls and boys on our extensive campus.
We are seeking a proven practitioner, with expertise in UK or US curricula, and ideally experience with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.
The successful candidate should:
Hold a master’s degree in educational psychology or a doctoral degree in educational psychology
Be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a psychologist in the UAE
Have proficiency in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent)
Have proficiency in Arabic (this is a requirement)
Have 4+ years’ experience as an educational psychologist, preferably in an educational setting
