As a Wellness and Beach Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to bring these values to life, contributing to the Dorchester Collection We Care philosophy while delivering service that feels intuitive, calm, and genuinely caring.This role is physically active and requiring you to remain present, polished, and attentive throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and supervising team operations across indoor and outdoor beach and wellness areas in a warm environment.The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Wellness and Beach Supervisor, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our residence, our residents, and our colleagues at One at Palm Jumeirah.What You'll BringYou'll bring your positive energy, professional leadership presence, and passion for luxury wellness and beach operations to the role and the Residences team.You have a talent for guiding teams, creating relaxed yet highly secure environments, maintaining exceptional standards of luxury presentation, and ensuring consistent, thoughtful service delivery.You bring 2–3 years experience in a supervisory capacity within a luxury hotel, resort, private beach club, or high-end residential environment.Communication is what keeps our teams connected. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work collaboratively with departments, and contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, leadership, and mutual respect.You are well organized, highly adaptable, and detail-focused, able to manage beach and wellness operations independently, handle scheduling, and handle daily challenges with minimal supervision.Position location Job Location United Arab Emirates Location Dubai
