Requirements
Requires 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including current/recent experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or Deputy CFO. Must hold a CA/ACCA/CPA and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. A top-tier MBA/Executive MBA is strongly preferred. Experience working directly with CEO, Board, or shareholders, and strong multi-entity/multi-site/multi-brand P&L experience are essential. UAE/GCC or international market exposure is preferred.
