Do you enjoy being part of a successful teamWould you like to take ownership of a team delivering service to our customersPartner with the bestBuckets / Blades welder will work with respective cell leader of the Qatar Service Center to make sure all BH standards and Organizational need are met. He / She will also be responsible for Perform Weld Repairs / grinding / blending / NDT/ Dimensional / Inspection related activities on the gas Turbine buckets / blades and GT components in the organization.Essential Responsibilities: Ability to weld repair GT Buckets / Blades and other HGP / Combustion components Ability to understand / follow shop routing, Work instructions, drawings, engineering requirements & Welding procedures (WPS) Ability to perform spot DPI / Visual check on repaired area Capable to use measuring instruments Capable to perform the required task efficiently with no or little supervision Complete required documentation with accurate information such as routers / job card, labor reporting, checklist, and forms. Work closely with cell leader, Engineer to ensure efficient operation of equipment Maintain a clean work area and contribute towards overall housekeeping efforts and other duties as needed Updates digital shop systems related to assigned work (Digital Work Order, Time Vouchering, Operation completion) Ensure the work area is compliance with HSE requirement Full compliance with BH Policies / ProceduresFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: High School Certificate or equivalent experience.
