Requires 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services, with exposure to operational risk, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, legal/regulatory affairs, or BCM. Must have working knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Basel operational risk concepts. Strong facilitation, requirements traceability, and documentation skills are essential. Fluency in English and ability to be onsite in Doha are required.

Business Analyst — Legal (Financial Sector)Doha, Qatar | OnsiteResponsibilitiesLead requirements workshops with risk, compliance, legal, governance, and business continuity stakeholders; document current state and gap analysis.Author functional requirements covering risk assessments (RCSA), risk and control libraries, KRIs, compliance obligation mapping, policy lifecycle, incident management, and BCM.Design workflows including approvals, escalation matrices, and role-based access.Support data migration mapping and validation, UAT test case development and execution, and end-user training.Ensure documented processes align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and recognized standards.Required qualifications5+ years as a BA in banking or financial services with hands-on exposure to at least two of: operational risk, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, legal/regulatory affairs, BCM.Working knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Basel operational risk concepts.Strong facilitation, requirements traceability, and documentation skills.Fluent English; based onsite in Doha; able to complete background screening.PreferredArabic language skills.Certifications such as CBAP, IRM/ICA qualifications, CRISC, or ISO lead implementer/auditor credentials.GRC platform implementation exposure; GCC experience.
