Deep understanding of Live Casino operations and associated risks and compliance requirements. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support team members. Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a strong focus on risk detection and mitigation. High attention to detail and the ability to quickly spot irregularities in live operations. Flexibility to work 9-hour shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required in 24/7 environments. High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with surveillance software and monitoring systems.
