Chalhoub Group is proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles, and to have pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040.What You'll Be DoingKey Responsibilities1 Conduct regular store visits to ensure back-of-house operational standards.2 Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies through the stock management system, andsupport stock counts.3 Manage PLV orders, store-to-store transfers, deliveries, returns, and stock adjustments.4 Coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve stock and operationalissues.5 Track FOCUS tasks and operational actions through completion.6 Analyze operational reports to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.7 Ensure compliance with inventory and operational procedures.8 Support operational or maintenance activities outside regular working hours when required.Job Details Inventory & Stock ControlMonitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies and variances, support stock counts, and ensureproper receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
