Description
·       Analyze, develop, and optimize production and operational processes to improve efficiency and quality.·       Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste, and implement corrective actions.·       Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs), process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.·       Lead process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.·       Support the design, installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and processes.·       Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.·       Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and performance analyses.·       Evaluate and recommend technologies, materials, and methods to improve process performance and reduce costs.·       Design, develop, and drive investment in machinery and mechanical systems. •     Train and oversee the process and production team regarding every new machine or technology, including their compliance to the machine’s best performance conditions.•     Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability. •     Manage implementation of engineering changes on the production line.·       Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems, and technical competencies.·       Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to achieve operational objectives.
