To oversee, direct, and optimize the daily operational, administrative, and clinical support activities of the Outpatient Department (OPD). The OPD Manager ensures high standards of patient care, efficient clinic flow, exceptional patient satisfaction, and optimal utilization of medical and administrative resources.1. Operations & Clinic Management???? Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across all outpatient specialty clinics, ensuring timely openings, smooth patient flow, and minimal wait times.????️ Roster & Schedule Management: Coordinate physician schedules, clinic availability, and staffing levels (nurses, receptionists, clinic assistants) to match patient volume demands.???? Patient Flow Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks in registration, consultation, diagnostics, and billing, implementing solutions to enhance turnaround time.????️ Facility & Equipment Upkeep: Ensure clinic rooms, waiting areas, and medical equipment are clean, fully functional, and regularly maintained in coordination with biomedical engineering and housekeeping teams.2. Patient Experience & Quality Assurance⭐ Service Excellence: Drive patient satisfaction initiatives, handling patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery swiftly and professionally.????️ Quality & Accreditation Compliance: Enforce compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and healthcare accreditation guidelines (e.g., JCI, GAHAR).????
