This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you'll set the product vision, define the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers to ship experiences that millions of people rely on every day.You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and financial regulation — making high-stakes decisions about what to build, how to grow, and where to place big bets.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end product strategy for Astra Tech's consumer financial products (WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and new verticals)Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs, balancing user needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirementsLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple product linesPartner closely with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver world-class productsDrive key metrics — activation, engagement, retention, revenue — with a rigorous, data-informed approachStay ahead of fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts across the UAE and wider MENA regionRepresent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board
