Job Purpose: To provide bilingual (Arabic/English) support to the classroom teacher in delivering lessons, managing the classroom and supporting the individual needs of students, ensuring a safe, organized and effective learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the class/subject teacher in the delivery of lessons, preparation of materials and organization of classroom resources.Provide individual or small-group support to students, including those requiring additional academic, language or behavioural support.Assist with classroom management, supervision during lessons, transitions, and break/lunch times as directed.Support bilingual communication between the teacher, students and parents (Arabic/English) as needed.Assist with the preparation, display and organization of classroom displays, learning materials and equipment.Support the teacher with record-keeping, marking of routine work, and administrative tasks as delegated.Assist in monitoring student wellbeing, hygiene and safety, particularly for younger learners.Support students with special educational needs under the guidance of the classroom teacher and Inclusion team.Accompany the class on trips, assemblies, events and other off-classroom activities as required.Maintain a safe, clean and organized classroom environment.
