Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure leave policies, accruals, qualification plans, and absence types. Establish the critical system link where absence data seamlessly transfers to payroll.Payroll Processing: Set up payroll elements (earnings and deductions), Legislative Data Groups (LDGs), payment methods, and tax calculation rules.System Design & Configuration: Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and perform system configurations. Write and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for leave eligibility and complex pay calculations.Execute end-to-end "hire-to-pay" testing scenarios and validate system upgrades. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live cutover activities.Work alongside technical teams to design interfaces between Oracle HCM and external systems. Build reports and dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.Act as a tier-2 or tier-3 support agent by analyzing and resolving application issues, managing system tickets, and escalating complex bugs.
