Description
To ensure the on-time delivery of the proper material complete with verification documents to project Sites.Job Responsibilities :Receive PO acknowledgement and execution milestoneAttend the Kick-off meeting, summarize the required documents and PO bassline scheduleMaintain an expediting file for each PO, which would be used throughout the project periodMonitor documents/drawings submittals and approvals from discipline engineer to facilitate on-time manufacture release.Monitor the supplier payment process to ensure the facilitates of our financial obligation to avoid negative/effect delays of suppliers.Monitor the supplier progress and highlight any deviation from the PO time and meet the project need date.Provide delay analysis for each package, in case of delay, and cost/time impact to be applied on the supplierCoordinate for the occurrence of FAT along with all Internal and External Stakeholders.Alignment with the Logistic for the delivery timeJob Requirements:Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil.+5 years of experience in related field.EPC project's experience is a must
