The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for initiating, managing, and controlling the movement of refrigerated cargo and maintaining required export documents. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in logistics, be adaptable, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and possess a natural curiosity to learn more.Essential Tasks And ResponsibilitiesPrepare, collate, review, and dispatch documents for export loads.Set up daily container traffic with vendors.Track and trace containersCooperation and coordination of work with strategic vendors.Coordinate customs clearance as well as inspection as required.Coordinate deliveries to customers and warehouses.Review weekly Vendor invoices and approve payment.Assisting and liaising with internal teams and customers in solving issues.Cooperation with carriers, forwarding companies, trucking companies, cold storages, agencies, other AJC offices to ensure a successful logistic process.
