Job description
Lead the overall Food & Beverage division, overseeing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, pool venues, and banqueting operations.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring exceptional guest experiences consistent with luxury lifestyle hospitality standards.
Develop and execute the departmental business strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets.
Manage departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, labor costs, payroll, food and beverage costs, and expense control.
Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and departmental leaders through performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards through regular operational reviews, quality audits, and leadership presence across all venues.
Collaborate with the executive chef and beverage leadership to develop innovative menus, beverage programs, seasonal promotions, and lifestyle experiences.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives to build high-performing teams.
Drive guest satisfaction by actively managing VIP experiences, handling guest feedback, and implementing effective service recovery strategies.
Monitor outlet performance through KPIs, financial reports, guest satisfaction metrics, and operational audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement revenue optimization initiatives including menu engineering, upselling programs, promotions, and outlet activations.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, Dubai Municipality regulations, health and safety requirements, and company operating standards.
Manage inventory control, procurement processes, supplier relationships, and cost optimization to maximize departmental profitability.
Work closely with sales, marketing, revenue management, and events teams to maximize restaurant, bar, and banquet revenues.
Oversee planning and execution of high-profile events, private functions, luxury brand collaborations, and seasonal activations.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the Food & Beverage division.
Prepare and present monthly business reviews, financial reports, and operational action plans to the executive committee.
Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the hotel's reputation as a leading luxury dining destination.
Qualifications
