Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities) Accounting & Reporting Learn fundamental accounting concepts and principles. Introduction to components of financial statements and GAAP. Assist in recording invoice in AP & AR. Assist in bank reconciliation. Tax Learn and understand various types of taxation and its principles. Learn about individual country tax compliance.  Support preparation of VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings.  Assist in maintaining tax documentation and compliance records.  Asset Management-Finance Learn about financial tracking and reporting of projects and operational assets.  Assist in asset capitalization, depreciation, and fixed asset reconciliations.  Participate in budgeting and forecasting for energy assets and infrastructure projects.  Corporate Finance Learn about financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting activities.  Participate in cash flow monitoring and treasury-related activities.  Contribute to financial presentations and strategic planning initiatives. Qualifications & Skill Sets Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.  Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant internship/work experience.  Strong analytical and numerical skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  Interest in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector. What you Gain  Structured rotational training across finance functions.  Exposure to large-scale energy operations and projects.  Mentorship from experienced finance professionals. Opportunity of a full time placement upon successful completion of the program.   CORE Competencies Collaboration & Communication Agility Resilience Initiative  Adaptability TECHNICAL Competencies Strategic Thinking Result Orientation Stakeholder Management Quick Learner Problem Solver
