Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical), law, business administration, or related discipline15 years of experience in contracts procurement and administration within the oil & Gas sectorAbility to develop and administrate Capital Project contractsPreferred Certificates : PMP, CPCM, CCMP, CICCM, CLS, NCMA, IPSCMI (Any one).Extensive experience across all phases of the contracting lifecycle, including solicitation, award, execution, administration, and close-outSolid experience in managing and negotiating EPC, EPCM, LSTK, and service contracts, with a strong understanding of commercial and legal implicationsDeep understanding of contract types and structures, with the ability to tailor terms to project specific risks and requirementsStrong knowledge of international contracting standards, local legal, regulatory frameworks, and Saudi Aramco contracting procedures is preferred.Experience in risk management, claims analysis, and dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation, arbitration, and litigationProficient in using contract management systems, ERP tools (SAP), and project management softwareStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex and high-pressure environmentsExpertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK), Lump Sum Procure and Build (LSPB), EPC, EPCM, and service agreementsKnowledgeable in Saudi Aramco contracting policies, procedures, safety requirements, and legal requirements, including internal controls and governance standardsAbility to manage contractor performance throughout the contract lifecycle, including scope, cost, schedule, and quality, to ensure delivery against agreed milestones and service levelsAbility to interface with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure contractual alignment and risk Familiarity with contract management software and industry standards
