Main duties
Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the school's Management Information System, primarily iSAMS.
Ensure student, academic and operational data is accurate, complete and maintained in a timely manner.
Coordinate the collection, validation and reporting of assessment data across the school.
Support Senior Leadership and Academic Leaders with accurate data reports and analysis.
Produce regular reports relating to student progress, attainment, attendance and other key school measures.
Support the school's assessment and reporting cycles.
Maintain effective data processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual administration.
Support statutory, regulatory and Aldar Education data reporting requirements.
Work collaboratively with Academic, Admissions, Operations and Aldar Education teams.
Ensure appropriate data governance, access and confidentiality standards are maintained.
Minimum qualifications
Degree or relevant professional qualification in Information Systems, Data Management, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum experience
Experience working with a School Management Information System or MIS platform.
Experience managing and maintaining large datasets.
Experience producing reports and supporting data analysis.
Experience working within a school or education environment is highly desirable.
Experience supporting academic assessment or student data processes is desirable.
iSAMS experience is highly desirable.
