Position overview
A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced consultant anaesthetist with UK CCT to join its specialist team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive perioperative anaesthesia services and contribute to high standards of patient safety and clinical care.
Key responsibilities
Provide consultant-level anaesthesia services for elective and emergency procedures.
Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anaesthetic plans.
Administer general, regional, and other appropriate forms of anaesthesia.
Provide perioperative management, including airway management and haemodynamic monitoring.
Manage complex and high-risk surgical cases.
Provide post-operative pain management and monitor patient recovery.
Respond to emergency situations and participate in resuscitation services.
Work collaboratively with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Participate in clinical governance, teaching, training, and quality-improvement activities.
