Job Title: Release ManagerLocation: Riyadh, KSASaudi OnlyDescription: Release managers are responsible for the release management lifecycle, focusing on coordinating various aspects of production and projects into one integrated solution. They are responsible for ensuring that resources, timelines, and the overall quality of the process are all considered and accounted for.Role and Responsibilities:Manage all build and release management operations on daily bases.Working with stakeholders to confirm release services in syncEnsured all releases are evaluated, authorized, planned, tested, deployed and documentedEstablished process for service delivery and recorded metrics to ensure services within SLAsPrioritizing the projects to meet business expectations and with no impact to operationsCoordination with operations teams for deployment of changesEvaluating the test results in development and pre-production before launching to productionGoverning the Release end to end for any changes during the lifecycleIdentify potential risks and recommend appropriate resolutions from operations sideGenerated regular reports and performance metricsEnsure release baseline, release note, pre, post deploy, backout plan documents/checklists are in placeOwner for go-live releases including co-ordination and communications with stockholdersDevOps release management processJIRA, Service Now tools knowledge for Release processRequirements:Saudi onlyAt least 5 year of experienceMinimum Bachelor degree
