Job description
The handyman supports the engineering department to promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are well maintained.
Addressing minor issues like fixing leaky faucets, repairing furniture, and patching drywall.
Conducting regular checks and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and building systems to prevent potential problems.
Handling plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
Addressing minor electrical issues like replacing light bulbs or switches.
Performing painting and touch-up work to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the hotel.
Handling basic carpentry tasks, like repairing or replacing wooden fixtures.
Addressing guest requests for maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently.
Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
