Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to support the development, design, and improvement of mechanical components, systems, and products. The role involves creating and reviewing detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, layouts, and technical documentation based on design specifications and project requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional, quality, safety, and manufacturability requirements. The role also includes evaluating design concepts, preparing design revisions, supporting prototyping and testing activities, and identifying opportunities to improve product performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. The Mechanical Designer will maintain accurate design documentation and ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and internal procedures.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.Proficiency in CAD software and 2D drafting and 3D modeling tools.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, tolerances, and design requirements.Knowledge of GD&T, design for manufacturing and assembly, and relevant engineering standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.Ability to evaluate design concepts and translate engineering requirements into practical and manufacturable solutions.Strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to design and documentation.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to engineering quality, safety, accuracy, continuous improvement, and design innovation.:::
