Site Architect / Architect – High-End Residential Developer, Dubai/RAKWe're working with a UAE-based developer known for luxury residential living on the search for a Site Architect.You'll act as the client's representative on site — reviewing shop drawings, RFIs and material submittals, and making sure delivery stays true to the approved design.We're looking for someone with a strong Architecture design background with an eye for a design, paired with real confidence and exposure to navigating a live construction site.What We're Looking For8+ years experience, with strong exposure to hospitality, hotel or high-end branded residential projectsAt least one genuine site-based delivery role, ideally as the designer's or client's representativeHigh-rise or mid-rise experienceConsultancy / Client rep background essential (Not contractor)Based between Dubai and RAK, with flexibility to be full-time on-site in RAK if preferred. 5-day working week.Interested Get in touch to find out more.
