Requirements
Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional registration is strongly preferred• Minimum 12 years of MEP design experience, including at least five years in a management role• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and standards, including IBC, IMC, IPC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and applicable energy codes• Experience delivering U.S.-based projects is highly preferred• Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and design-management systems• Strong quality-control, communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities• Excellent written and spoken English• Experience with U.S. federal or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects is an advantageThe position is based in Egypt and requires regular coordination with U.S. teams and availability during agreed overlapping working hours.Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CV and a summary of relevant project experience
