Requirements
Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Airport Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airport operations, airline operations, ground handling, or aviation support services. Previous experience in resource planning, staff allocation, and shift supervision is preferred. Experience working with specialized airport equipment or Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is an advantage. Knowledge of aircraft ground servicing operations is preferred. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent team management and mentoring abilities. Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Description
Allocate operational resources based on daily operational requirements and flight schedules. Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure equipment availability, serviceability, and safe deployment. Conduct operational briefings with team members before each shift and operational activity. Ensure proper shift handover and takeover between operational teams. Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Duty Manager or Management. Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure full compliance with airline operational procedures, airport regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate with the Maintenance Team regarding planned and unplanned equipment downtime to minimize operational impact. Verify that all daily operational and safety inspections are completed before equipment deployment. Monitor daily equipment utilization and ensure all scheduled aircraft service activities are completed on time. Coordinate daily operational schedules to ensure efficient execution of aircraft ground support services. Monitor inventory levels of operational materials and consumables, ensuring adequate stock is maintained at all times. Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate operational records. Lead, supervise, coach, and support operational staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Ensure operational KPIs are achieved and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational performance and efficiency.
