QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4 years of frontend engineering experience. Strong React and React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and Git. Hands-on experience with native build tooling (Xcode, Android Studio) and app store releases (Good to have)
Description
Purpose:To design, develop, and enhance high-quality frontend applications that deliver secure, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences, while ensuring alignment with technical standards, architecture, and business requirements. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing frontend applications using React and React Native. Own delivery of complex features end to end, from UI design handoff through production release. Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional, accessible interfaces. Build reusable components and shared libraries to improve consistency across products. Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms. Apply client-side security practices for authentication, session handling, and sensitive data. Manage mobile release cycles across App Store and Google Play, including native build configuration. Ensure applications meet performance, security, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility standards. Conduct code reviews and uphold frontend engineering standards across the squad. Troubleshoot complex frontend and device-specific issues and implement durable fixes. Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability. Support automated testing, CI/CD, and production issue resolution. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
