The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with Tropicfeel's travel-focused mission. Daily tasks include explaining product features and benefits, maintaining strong product knowledge, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role involves delivering consistent, high-quality customer service, handling inquiries and returns, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events.
