Job DescriptionRole Purpose:The Corporate Health Centers Operations - Senior Executive Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of Mega account Corporate Health Centers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, compliance with regulations, and alignment with corporate health and wellness objectives. The role involves managing clinic Operations, optimizing workflows, maintaining cost efficiency, and fostering relationships with corporate clients to enhance employee health services.Key Accountabilities:1- Operational Management of Corporate Health Centers;Oversee the daily operations of multiple in-house clinics across Mega account corporate locations.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency.Monitor clinic performance, patient flow, and service delivery to optimize operations.Ensure the availability of medical equipment, supplies, and medications in coordination with partners, internal and external stakeholders.Ensure system readiness and provide all the requirements for system infrastructure and excellent operationsWork collaboratively with Marketing and Facility to ensure clinic readinessArrange site visits to the clinics on regular basis to monitor the operations workflows and identify any gaps2- Quality and Compliance Assurance;Support the medical team in their regular audits to assess clinical quality, safety, and hygiene.Manage incident reporting and implement corrective actions for compliance gaps.Propose proactive compliance measures to reduce risks and enhance safety.3- Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management;Serve as the primary liaison between corporate clients and the clinic team.Develop customized healthcare solutions based on corporate client needs.Conduct regular meetings with HR and management teams to review health service performance.Address feedback, complaints, and service improvement requests from corporate clients and finalize it with internal stakeholders4- Financial and Resource Management;Develop and manage clinic budgets with finance team, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising care quality.Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and financial performance of clinics.Identify opportunities to optimize costs, such as negotiating vendor contracts.Implement data-driven strategies to improve service utilization and financial sustainability.SkillsStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including corporate clients and medical teams.Proficiency in financial management and operational efficiency strategies.Experience in healthcare management, preferably in clinic or hospital operations.
