The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The role involves outpatient consultations, diagnostic evaluation, medical and surgical management, and collaboration with other medical and surgical specialties to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations, examinations, and clinical assessments. Diagnose and manage a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions in adult and pediatric patients. Manage conditions including chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, hearing disorders, otitis, tonsillitis, vertigo, nasal obstruction, and other ENT conditions. Perform appropriate diagnostic procedures such as nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, otoscopy, and other ENT examinations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results. Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the physician's training, experience, and approved scope of practice. Provide preoperative and postoperative care and follow-up. Review and interpret relevant imaging, audiology, laboratory, and other diagnostic investigations. Identify and manage ENT emergencies appropriately. Collaborate with audiologists, speech and language therapists, pediatricians, neurologists, allergists, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists. Provide clear counseling to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement, and research activities. Support the supervision and mentoring of junior physicians and clinical staff. Participate in continuing medical education and professional development. Ensure compliance with infection-control standards, patient safety requirements, professional ethics, and UAE healthcare regulations.
