About the role
The Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative matters of the Engineering division. The role includes compilation and classification of delivery notes and contract worksheets, and making reports of breakdowns and repairs. The Engineering Coordinator will be the core of the Engineering Division, hence will contribute to maintaining good relations with other departments and ensuring proper and effective communication.
What you will do
Assist in compiling all data needed to make an effective energy control.
Prepare worksheets and checklists for engineers.
Contact vendors for best price.
Write purchase orders and receive goods.
Assist in developing and updating comprehensive departmental policies and manuals.
What you bring
Excellent administrative and multitask skills and good problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate issues related to engineering.
Previous experience in the same field and administrative experience.
Engineering or Architecture degree or technical professional training.
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English.
