Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory. 1-3 years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or related engineering role. Knowledge of transformer/electrical equipment testing standards (IEC, IEEE, or equivalent). Proficiency in test procedures, documentation, and reporting. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with calibration standards and lab equipment handling. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and lab management tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
Description
Job PurposeExecute and support product testing activities for transformers and controls during production and post-production stages.
