Based in Abu Dhabi, this position will play a critical role in leading complex disputes and arbitration matters across a large, global business, while shaping dispute strategy and driving team performance. What you'll be doing: Lead the disputes and alternative dispute resolution function, providing strategic oversight across UAE and international matters. Advise on high-value, complex disputes, including international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing commercially focused legal guidance. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of legal professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Who you'll likely need to be in order to succeed: You will ideally bring the following experience and attributes: 15+ years' experience in dispute resolution, gained within leading international law firms and/or in-house environments, with significant leadership exposure. Experience in energy, oil and gas, or similarly complex, regulated industries is strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale disputes, and engage with senior stakeholders.
