Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for Client and guests, using the most efficient and appropriate routes.Plan journeys in advance, taking into account traffic conditions, appointments, and special requirements to ensure punctuality.Assist in handling shopping, and other personal items when required.Carry out errands, including deliveries, collections, and drop-offs, ensuring all items are handled with care and confidentiality.Vehicle Care and MaintenanceMaintain all assigned vehicles in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, basic upkeep, and coordinating scheduled servicing and repairs.Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tyre pressure, and overall roadworthiness, and report any faults or safety concerns promptly.Manage vehicle-related documentation, including insurance, registration, service records, and renewal reminders, in coordination with the Household Manager.Safety and Professional StandardsComply with all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and customer service.Ensure vehicles remain clean, presentable, and fully equipped at all times.Follow safe manual handling practices when loading and unloading luggage, parcels, and other items.
