As an S/4HANA functional consultant, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape solutions, improve processes, and help ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional solutions. Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA business processes. Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities. Support enhancement requests, changes, and production issues. Perform impact assessments and contribute to solution design. Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation. Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution. Support deployment and release activities. Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other SAP stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and support user adoption. Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Required qualifications 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience. Strong hands-on experience in at least one core SAP S/4HANA functional area, with solid experience in SAP functional configuration and business process optimization. Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and producing clear solution documentation. Experience with solution design and impact assessment. Experience supporting testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Strong stakeholder communication skills, including experience facilitating workshops. Very good command of English. Availability during UAE business hours with sufficient overlap with the UAE-based project team. Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field. Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation projects. Experience with end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA and related SAP modules. Experience in retail, FMCG, or other large enterprise environments. Experience working in structured SAP delivery environments, particularly SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
