We believe in good food, warm people, and the simple things done beautifully.The RoleYou will own the financial health of Le Café LPM AlKhobar, from day-to-day reporting to long-term strategic planning. As a solo on-site Finance Manager, you will lead the financial setup for our newest location, ensuring every control, compliance standard, and reporting requirement is met without exception.Key ResponsibilitiesKSA Compliance: Lead ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) rollout, VAT/Zakat filings, and manage WPS/GOSI labor compliance.Operational F&B Finance: Monitor food, beverage, and prime costs; manage inventory control and shrinkage alongside the culinary team.Strategic Planning: Drive pre-opening Capex/FF&E budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasts for the new site.Liaison: Direct reporting to the GM with a dotted line to the LPM Global Finance team for support and alignment.What We're Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in finance, with 3+ years specifically in hospitality or high-end F&B.Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with KSA tax laws and financial systems (Sun System/ERP).Profile: A Storyteller with the numbers—rigorous and uncompromisable, yet friendly and collaborative.
