Job SummaryResponsible for providing technical and administrative support across project phases, ensuring proper documentation control, coordination between disciplines, and accurate progress reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage technical drawings, specifications, and material submittalsPrepare progress reports, status updates, and risk registersCoordinate between site teams, engineering, and procurement departmentsTrack project documentation (RFIs, transmittals, ITPs) and ensure timely closeoutSupport project planning and schedule updatesAssist in preparing technical correspondence and client submissionsMonitor compliance with project specifications and standards
