Previous experience in childcare, camp, or recreational settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices is required. Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of child safety practices are essential. Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
