Requirements
Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient experience, team management, and customer service. Previous UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Commercially minded with an understanding of sales, patient retention, and clinic performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
