Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in international business development with NGOs/Trade commissions/Chambers of Commerce/business councils. Must have good relations with extensive local contacts and knowledge of the industry landscape, business practices, and ecosystem in the region. Ability to handle cross-cultural differences and communicate effectively with stakeholders is required. Preferably Arabic speaking with strong business development, process management, and negotiation skills. Experience in program development and management, and a mix of government/chamber and private sector experience will be advantageous. Excellent leadership skills and a hands-on, self-motivated, positive attitude are essential.
