Requirements
Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, sports clubs, gyms or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are very important, including data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering and reporting.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Friendly, confident and professional when dealing with customers.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently during evening shifts.
Confident using booking systems, POS systems, WhatsApp and other digital tools.
Able to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Must be available to work 6 days per week, with Tuesday off, from 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, with occasional shifts extending to around 12:30 AM.
