Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Power Engineering.7–10 years of relevant experience in MEP Technical Office and/or Commercial Engineering.Strong experience in MEP technical drawings and coordination.Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.Strong experience in BOQs, Quantity Take-Offs, subcontractors’ invoices, and payment applications.Good understanding of subcontractor commercial activities and quantity verification.Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.Experience with Material Submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.Experience working with consultants, contractors, and site teams.Previous experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or Contracting is preferred.Experience with Hotels, Resorts, or hospitality projects is preferred.Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and coordinate MEP technical drawings and documentation.Review HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.Coordinate MEP works with Architectural and Structural disciplines.Prepare and review BOQs and quantity take-offs.Review subcontractors’ quantities, invoices, and payment applications.Verify executed quantities against approved drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.Review subcontractors’ claims and supporting documents.Coordinate with site, procurement, finance, consultants, and subcontractors regarding commercial matters.Review material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.Follow up on technical approvals, drawing revisions, and as-built documentation.Support project teams in resolving technical and commercial issues.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
