Position summary
The COE PTP Specialist is responsible for providing accounts payable and payroll support to hotels that are supported by the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence (COE). The role reports to the COE PTP Supervisor.
The key responsibilities include:
Ensuring that AP invoices are correctly posted for hotels supported by the COE
Running supplier payment runs and checking supporting information
Performing reconciliations to supplier statements of account
Working with hotel HR and finance teams to run hotel monthly payroll
Checking and distributing monthly payroll reports to hotels
Calculating final settlements for hotel team members
Performing balance sheet reconciliations for accounts payable and payroll accounts
Answering hotel queries for accounts payable and payroll
Perform any additional tasks as assigned to ensure effective operations of the SSC

Systems knowledge, in particular Navision, Oasys and Excel
