Manage resuscitation, airway management, procedural sedation, and critical decision-making in the emergency department. Triage complex cases, supervise emergency teams, and coordinate timely specialist referrals. Ensure safe patient flow, observation unit decisions, transfers, and discharge planning. Participate in disaster preparedness, trauma protocols, simulation training, and clinical governance.
