Skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in BMS, commissioning, testing, HVAC, or controls / automation. Schneider Electric EBO and AS-P system experience is preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC applications including chiller systems, air handling units, fan coil units, computer room air handlers, mechanical ventilation units, sanitary and plumbing, fire alarm, low voltage, EPMS applications for medium / high voltage electrical systems, ATS, generator, UPS, and other miscellaneous systems.
Clear understanding of integration of building systems protocols like BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, etc., and IP infrastructure.
Flexible to travel.
